Cheap Sigma 24-60/2.8 does Christmas Lights (8 pics)

I bought a used Sigma 24-60/2.8 EX DG for a bargain price of $200. I need to dial "+10" micro adjustment at wide end, "+15" at tele end (EOS 7D) but lens is really sharp wide open once I nailed focus. Yesterday I wanted to do some Christmas lights shots, it was raining, and I don't want to use my expensive Zeiss lens (not weather sealed) on my other system, so I took my trusty 7D and this "disposable" lens. I was blown away by the result: most images were sharp, well saturated and well exposed. Despite lack of HSM motor the lens focused reasonably fast. Some high ISO (up to 3200) shots came up nice too. Now I love my 7D and this cheap lens even more.
