Dng or Orf for Lightroom

Hi

Eric - aka Archgeolab- suggests to import ORF's into LR.  I'm not sure whether this

• leaves more information for PP
• establishes a better starting point for his pre-sets

My main question is -

If it is the latter, does this mean that things like lens correction are not automatically carried out under imports?

So

Is it better to import DNG'S or ORF's?  What do you do?
