Need an inexpensive landscape lens with excellent image quality

To be used on D600

Budget $200

Manual focus is fine

Zoom is not required I prefer prime

Lens does not have to be a fast lens F4 or above is fine

Does not need to be Nikon brand or even the Nikon mount if I can use it with an adapter

What matters to me is the sharpness and contrast and then uncompromising quality.

Is there a lens like that?

I already have 28mm 2.8 AIS. Any other suggestions in the same focal length or wider?
