the 24-70mm certainly seems to be the best f2.8 zoom, apart from perhaps the new Canon
the Sony 35mm f1.4 is disappointing though, but the good news is that the Sigma 35mm f1.4 will be available soon
together with the sony 85mm these three lenses might be a good combo
