OM-D high-speed burst, IBIS, Panny 100-300 and Mega-OIS

Hi,
I have googled this, and found varying responses including conflicting answers in threads here on DPReview. I am now using OM-D E-M5 with a Panny 100-300 for birds (in flight and stationary). In high-speed burst mode, and AF-S, is it better to have IBIS on and OIS on the lens off, both on, OIS on and IBIS off, or doesn't it matter?
I have read that OIS is inoperative at the moment of shutter release in the OM-D, that at 9fps IBIS does/ doesn't work, etc. I have tried various methods myself and I can't see any real difference, although hand-held shots are not a good test.
Is there a definitive answer yet?
Thanks,
