Pentax K-30 A (with articulating screen)

I don't hate articulating screens. I just think a design is either optimized as an SLR (with the hardware that requires) or mirrorless (with a different set of hardware demands) , and trying to do both means a more expensive camera which compromises both.

But FWIW I'm both under 65 and don't shoot birds.
