Really Right Stuff BH25 vs BH30

Have posted this on the accessories forum with zero response. Since I cannot believe I am the only one going through this, here is my original thread:
I am sure there will have to be the odd person who would have started with a BH25 and then moved up to the BH30 etc.
I replaced Cullmann Magnesit heavy duty ballhead with excellent friction knobs etc with an RRS BH25. I use a D300s with 16-85, 60mm AF-S Micro and a 70-200/2.8 AF-S VRI.
The combi holds rock solid, no "give" to speak of but still the question:
Has anybody here upgraded from the BH25 to eh BH30 and then thought: What was that all about now?? Or has there been some REAL improvements. Not saying that I am dissatisfied with the BH25, just after some no-nonsense opinions. Not after moving up any further because that would then be a same old, been there, done that path ...
Cheers
