Rear Screen Problems on 7D

Hi

I have a problem with my 7D (v2.0.3)

The problem is with the rear display screen.  Normally, after taking a photograph, it displays on the rear screen.  This doesn't happen.  Also, when using the control buttons down the left-hand side of the body (Info etc) nothing is displayed on the screen.

Occasionally and for short periods, the screen works, but obviously, this is very frustrating!

One thing that does work is that when the camera is switched off it always displays the sensor cleaning message.

Any ideas?
