RAW is the answer. If you want to use JPG and low noise then Neutral will be the best solution. Since you have such a high end camera I assume you are a serious photographer. So you may want to spend some time in post processing. If you shoot RAW+JPG, the picture style doesn't matter. If you like the JPG out of the camera, you can throw away the RAW file. If you don't like it (like above pic) then you can change the picture style in post processing and get best out of the file.

You may have to learn how to apply selective sharpening and NR. You can apply NR only in the background and sharpen only the focused areas (eye, feather etc)
