I have a F.Zuiko 38/1,8, a tiny lens originally for Pen FT, which I use a lot, especially indoors in bad light. This is my favorite. I also have a Tokina 80-200/4 RMC which is a very sharp telezoom. It is sharper in the long end than my Oly 40-150R, but softer in the other end, so I use it mostly when I know I will need 200mm, not otherwise. For example a bird at long distance. It is of course a lot bigger and heavier than the Oly, which is sharp enough for most situations also at 150 mm, if you don't need to crop a lot.
