That is true for jpgs SOOC, but the D3200 will clean up better at high ISO than the D7000/D5100, provided you use good noise reduction based off of careful raw conversion, and why wouldn't you?  The reason is finer-grained noise.  The D5200 is a different and presumably better 24MP DX sensor, which should be the best yet, if the jpg samples are any indication.
