It depends on your shooting style. A Lens with Adaptor will be quite a lot slower to autofocus, than a m43 lens.  But 50 mm will be fully open will be more usefull in low light, an in manual mode. I do not have the Sigma 30mm, But only the 19mm (also a bang for the buck). I give you a pair of exsample shot with that Lens . I use it for my daily use. I also have the oly 45. Its razor sharp, and very good in low light
