I'm with Geoff on this one -- no need to skip the 14 just because you have the kit and the 20.  I like my kit at 14 but the smaller size and the extra speed are worth the less than $200 you have to spend for the 14.  And I pretty much hated the "twist lock" design of the Oly kit lens.  I understand the merits of the Panny 14-45 kit but the beauty of m4/3 for me is the fast primes.  Now I carry the 14, the 20 and the 45 with my e-pl2 and the kit lens stays home.  The 45 hood reverses on the lens and the 14 and 20 share a hood and filters.  If I need a bit more length, the Oly 60 macro can double as a tele.
