where can i learn CS6

WHERE ..can i learn how to use photoshop CS6 with light room..

I am interested mostly in portrait retouching ..and masking to put a person into another photo..

this will be the 2 most interested things to learn and restoring damage photos ..

i try to watch on youtube some lesson at times but they go so fast showing the method

i gave up watching ..

i wonder if there a live lesson program to be shown ..the instructor and my self working of the same photo being instructed step by step
