Nikon SB900, SB910 with AF Assist and 24-70 AF Trouble!

I have 2 SB910 and 1 SB900, so it is not a flash problem. It does the same with SU800 as well! All of them doing the same thing. If you have a fast lens 2.8 or better 1.4 - try it. I am sure you are going to get it since I am not along with this issue although not everyone almost always shoots wide open like me...
