Bibliotheca Alexandrina

The Ancient Library of Alexandria was the largest and most significant library in the ancient world. It was accidentally destroyed by Julius Ceasar in 48 BC

The new Library of Alexandria is a thoroughly modern library, museum, planetarium and conference center. Here is a shot of a sculpture using my C8080. Managed to get a clear handheld shot at 1/6 sec.

Only minor exposure correction and cropping was done. The tone turns out to be the way I like it.
