You can have chargers from different brands all having the same voltage & amps, but your battery won't fit in any of them...batteries come in all shapes and sizes. Also some chargers have two contacts, some have three, some have up to five contacts.
yes I know. What I meant was that I was assuming that his battery fit his other charger.
