I'll try today using the kit lens at 50 as suggested above and thanks for responses. Back in the film days itawash always a 50mm, 35 was considered wide angle. Most street photographers used 35mm. It's been a while since I've owned either. I want something sharper than the kit zoom. I loved the tamron 17-50 and if that lens were available in FX I'd go for that, it was amazingly sharp. Anybody have any suggestions of a FX zoom of that quality?
