GH3 and EVF

Hi Ivar,

Like you I own or have owned many of the panasonic cameras, G1,GH1,GH2 GX1 and now the GH3, I still have the GH2 and GX1 with VF2.

The GH3 for my use is the incremental imrovement I hoped for and expected, I would not have bought the GH3 if my GH2 colour output in jpg and video had been better as I hate having to use raw and correct everything in PP later, my GH2 files had a greenish tint no matter what in camera corrections I applied, the GH3 .jpg and video files are perfect for my needs and I can use Raw for those occasions where it is necessary.

If Panasonic had put the GH2 EVF in the GH3 I would be more than happy but I can put up with the inaccurate colour of my GH3 EVF as everything else about the camera suits me just fine, if Panasonic improves it with firmware then great, if they improve the EVF hardware I will get mine fixed or exchanged.

If you were considering a GH3 in your future I would not let reports of a minority like me having issues with the EVF put you off.
