This seems like an issue with the focus screen being misaligned - especially if all are front or back focusing. Does this effect still happen when you use the other AF lenses in MF and focus using the viewfinder? If so, you may need to get a set of focus screen shims for the K5. They are to be be placed above the focusing screen but before the pentamirror/prism.
