Grainy on display and EVF NEx-6

Just got myself a Nex-6 and found out the LCD and EVF showing grainy screen but the photo looks great and no grainy effects at all. Does that sounds right?

Also, when try to shoot/point to the carpet, there will be rainbow effect appears on lcd only but nothing on the photo. DO I need to calibrate? OR is it because of the low light?(inside the house with lights on)
