I guess it depends on how much you are willing to compromise?
I tried the GH3 and loved almost evrything about it apart from the EVF as the colour were so far off and even after adjusting, it was still pale in comparison. Also there was a considerable amount of smearing if you didnt keep your eye dead center of frame in the EVF.
No camera is perfect, even the big pro cameras have issues, so many will work around this but for me its essential to have a high grade view finder and although EVF's are improving and have there benefits, such as showing live histogram etc. They still have a way to go, however when I compared the GH3 with GH2 and the G5, plus NEX it didn't perform as well in terms of sharpness accross the screen and colour rendition.
I guess its just something some people will live with, but if you have beeen used to FF OVF's then it may be an issue.
