Keep or Sell 24-105 f4 for 24-70 f4

I'm about to made the jump to FF, and I'm waiting a little until this lens is out. It would be nice to have an "almost" macro lens, and since f4 on FF should give me an almost the same dof as the 17-55 2.8 on crop, I'm not afraid of letting my f2.8 EF-S go.
