Sony DSC HX30 dirt/smudge in photos.



Note smudge to right of tree ornament.

This 'smudge' is on all my photos at all zoom settings.  I have cleaned the lens thoroughly but no change.  What do you think it is: Dirt on outside, dirt on inside of lens, bad pixel or ?  Is this issue warranty worthy?
