Nex-6 vs Nex-7 anyone own both can comment?

th NEX-6 does not have the same sensor as the NEX-5n and neither does the NEX-5r - these cameras have a new sensor that has the same MP. but it is redesigned with phase detect pixels added and it is not as good at high ISO

look here at the DxoMark sensor tests and you will see that at high ISO the NEX-7 is almost exactly the same as the NEX-6 - also realize that the NEX-7 images are largr and when viewed or printed at the same size the NEX-7 will have smaller, less visable noise than the 6 because it isnt enlarged as much

As you can see the low light scores are almost identical and the & has better Dynamic range and better color depth - and as I said before the NEX-6 image has to be enlarged more to be the same size as the NEX-7 image and this will make noise and artifacts more noticable
