Nikon 85mm f/1.8G or Nikon 105mm f/2.8 VR Micro?

Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is having a lovely Christmas. I would like to ask those of you who have used this two lenses, if considering only sharpness and quality of images, which one of these two is better?

I need to get a lens, and this two suits my need for focal length. I am not considering VR, Micro or 1.8 aperture, weight or anything. Strictly from the perspective of sharpness and quality, which lens would be better? Lens use will be for landscape, and portraits.
