Inexpensive 1:1 MF Macro?

Any tips?
Looking for a 1:1 macro with manual focus and preferably aperture ring (but not a must) for video work. Fictional, like shooting a single eye.. Some working distance is an advantage, but not necissary.
A facebook friend is selling a Sigma 105, apparantly MF only. Does anyone know anything about this?
Nikon mount.
