Help with OM-D video shooting and lip flap, sound way ahead of lips moving

Just shot 3 different videos on Christmas morning with new OM-D. Playing back on computer, each one has horrible lip flap. Windows Media Player has the audio about 3 seconds ahead of the lips moving, QuickTime has the audio about 1.5 seconds behind the lip moving.
Shot aperture priority 5.6, continuous focus, one-button movie mode recording. What in the world am I doing wrong? Used 16MB PNY card.
