70-200 f2.8L II and 7D - Looking for advice and pictures

Just got a new 70-200 2.8 IS USM II for my 7D today. Been using the 17-55 for a long time now.

Would like ANY advice from others on 7D optimal settings for the lens and some pictures you might be proud of to see the true potential of this lens. I'm so HAPPY to own.
