Deals on Nikon D600 with lenskit or without lenskit?

Does anyone know what's the deal about Nikon D600's current deals? There are 2 Nikon D600 deals for the same price of $1,999, one with and the other one without the 24-85 mm lens.

Why is Nikon selling both versions of the D600 for the same price? Is the one without the lenskit  the 'fixed' version, and the the one with the lenskit is the version with the dust and oil spot?

I am weighing to purchase a D600, but I do not know which one I should get. I'll appreciate any pointer to the right direction. Thank you.
