I have tried a bunch, and I like the Noiseware 5 plugin very much. Topaz DeNoise does a good job, but it is slow and a real pain to use optimally (and by "optimally," I don't mean selecting a preset). Dfine has the advantage of Nik's U-point technology and built-in layer masks. Noise Ninja is also quite good and is now included in the phenomenal Photo Ninja, which will soon be released as a Photoshop plugin. With the plugin, you will have both the best raw convertor and excellent NR--all within Photoshop. I am using Photo Ninja now and am eagerly awaiting the upgrade. I don't know when it will be available, but when it is, that would be my recommendation.
