I thought about a vacuum also but when the vacuum sucks air, and possibly some debris, from inside the camera the air going into the vacuum must come from somewhere. That somewhere is outside the camera with the possibility of bringing particles in the air into the camera. If you do this in a clean room should not be a problem.
