Water Color effect, can someone show me what it is?

I have tried dcraw and a couple apps that use it (Helicon Filter, Paintshop Pro). Conversions with dcraw do not have the watercolor effect like Adobe, but dcraw has other problems that are just as bad.

So far RFC and CaptureOne are giving me the best results. I am still testing CaptureOne and working through some color accuracy issues, but initial results look promising.
