best camera shoulder strap for D800E?

I use these:

Optechusa: Utility strap with uniloop connectors.  Mfg part # 3501252. B&H has it under

OPSU38B, OPSCUNL for the connectors.

Upstrap is great for "slipping strap syndrome".  None are useful for hanging several pounds

around the neck.
