Read and green "NEW"s

the "new" RED (orange) & GREEN scheme was present in the DPR's incarnation prior to their big upheaval of few weeks ago, but the new functionality of full/half dots, and the later addition of making with a red NEW only the threads - with which user was interested - whenever some new post will be there was optimal IMO, was very much superior to a chaos created now = after all the current orange NEWs are marking entries that are no older than a preset threshold - useless as thread are sorted anyway with newest ones on top
