6D GPS and autonomy

slightly off topic but I notice your GPS log follows very very nicely along the road on the map..

Comparatively, I've tried logging 2 walks out on the streets of Hong Kong and the log is pretty much not useable. It might be because of the skyscrapers but if it is then it's pretty horrendous a feature. The only part possibly right is the part out in the open at Victoria Park. The rest I'm pretty sure didn't happen that way...

Can't comment on the battery atm as I haven't been paying attention to it. Around 300 shutter count of RAW+L with 2 days of GPS plus lots of playing around with the menu settings I think.
