As I just started using RPP today the difference in detail between LR4 and RPP at 1:1 is shocking to me. These differences would be obvious in prints.

Thanks Shawn, Those are excellent examples.
It is clear that the smearing can be a real problem. It is visible in prints and not just when viewing at 400% as some would have us believe.
I don't run a Mac or Virtual Mac. I wish I could use RPP on my X-Trans files.
