GX1+ 100-300mm vs FZ200?

Hi folks,

Just wondering what your experience has been with the 100-300 4.0-5.6 lens at the long end on the GX1 (or other MFT 16mp camera). I'm specifically checking to see if the better MFT body/sensor with this lens at 600mm equiv (but at f/5.6) will produce better stills and videos than the small-sensored FZ200 at 600mm equiv (but at f/2.8).

It's probably unlikely that someone here would have had direct experience with both, but thought I'd ask.

The use I have in mind is for performances at my kids' school, which are not exactly well lit.
