shooting 30p in PAL land. how do you do it?

I know that I should have my shutter speed at 1/50 with artificial light even though people say it won´t perfectly sync with a 30p camera compared with hte look we can have with a 25p camera (I have 2 30p cameras and live in PAL land).
How do you convert a 30p movie to 25p without throwing out the audio? It would be for wedding use and I would need to provide a PAL DVD.
