Dark Prints

In the print module of Lightroom 4, you will find color management at the bottom in Print Job.  Activate print adjustment by placing a check mark in it, that will help you until you can get everything calibrated.  Click on the slider buttom to zero it out and then start moving the slider to the right which is plus until your prints start to look good to you.  That brightness setting will remain for all of your printing untill you decide to change it.
