The two were designed for APS-C format cameras and adapted to m4/3.  So the 30mm is into the no man's land between normal and portrait and the 19mm isn't quite the street wide they would be on a APS-C sensor.  Robert Cicala at LensRentals notes that "the new Sigma lenses stand out as superb compared to other NEX lenses, but are just another good prime lens on the m/4/3 system."  In terms of how LensRental's Imatest resolution test rated them for average sharpness across the frame (lp/img hgt), here's how they hold up at f/2.8:

Pany 20mm 875
Pany 45mm 875
Voigtlander 25mm 855
Pany 14mm 850
Pany 25mm 820
Voigtlander 17.5mm 810
Oly 45mm 790
Sigma 19mm 745
Sigma 30mm 690
Oly 17mm (the f/2.8 pancake) 590

They're significantly sharper at frame center, but so are the other lenses here.  They're definitely in the running, and priced appropriately for those who don't need a  f/1.8 aperture.
