NEX6 16-50mm - ISO-Noise bad?

Hi,

I'm testing the NEX6 - shooting in RAW mode - with ISO 400/800 and you can already see ISO-noise.

With other Cam's. Pentax K-30 and Nikon D7000 there is neary no noise with those ISO Settings.

Pic's shot in M Mode (Aperture/Shutter all the same).

What about you'r opinions?
