D800 left focus point test results

I do not have a faster wide angle lens than the 24 - 120 f4. I heard that this problem was more noticeable with a wide angle lens that is my fastest FX wide angle. I have a Tokina DX 11 - 16mm that I have heard has a large enough image circle to use for FX at 16mm but I think using that for a test such as this is problematic. I have the FX 85 f1.4. Would the test be better with the 85mm lens at f1.4?
