A99 Video Settings - No adjustments on anything except ISO ??

Hey Guys,

Now I am messing around with the video settings on the A99. Correct me if I am wrong, but the only settings we adjust is the ISO, right? By adjusting the ISO, the camera will compensate the shuttle " automatically " while the F Stop remains at a constant 3.5. This happens regardless if it is a M, S, A, or any other mode. There are no ability to separately adjust shutter, F stop, and ISO respectively while in video mode. Is that correct or am I doing something wrong.
