??  You think?  I'd say it is exactly the opposite thus the motivation for Amazon to have bought out Phil.  He created the goldmine of users and hits that fit perfectly for what they were looking for in terms of an outlet to sell those very same products.  Last I checked, Amazon and the products they sell lead the market in terms of value.  This site has helped them not only sell more but gain a vast array of information in terms of marketing knowledge and insight on consumer interests.  It would be interesting to see the collected data on hits and targets.  Brilliant on both Phil and Amazon's part.
