What you do is immediately jump over to Refillables and in my honest oppinion CONE inks are the very best out there. Actually better that OEM in gloss and identical in color rendition.

You will pay more up front than some of the cheaper brands but you are still saving over 80% over OEM.

OR.... you can buy ink carts for the Epson PRO 4880 on ebay looking for the cheapest price and extract the inks from those and use in your refillables. They you can refill for about 50% savings and be assured to get OEM performance.

There are MANY ways to beat the cost of OEM inks EVEN when using PEM inks.

I currently have on hand over a pint of each Ultrachrome K3 as well as Vivid Magentas for using the inks on my R2880.
