Is DX resolution flatlining with mediocre lenses?

Based on this test, I would say yes: http://www.dxomark.com/index.php/Lenses/Camera-Lens-Database/Tamron/28-300-3.5-6.3-XR-I-A-Nikon/(camera)/801/(cameraname)/Nikon-D3200 . Same visual resolution as with the D300. This leads to the very real possibility that only the very best lenses will extract any additional resolution from DX sensors beyond 12MP.
