I suggest a Lexar 800x or 1000x and you can see different speeds over here in THE DATABASE for memory cards.

An 5D MarkIII the has the same processor writing to CF as the 1D-X so you can have a look at this page: Rob Galbraith card database

The 800x is not mentioned which has a top speed of 120MB and the 1000x has a top speed of 150MB so enough room with the UDMA 7 support on those cards.
