Any way to uncripple PS Elements?

I bought Elements 11 to use on my computer at work, and was terribly disappointed to discover that ACR is crippled compared with ACR in PS CS6
Is there a way to get the version of ACR in Elements to match that of CS6?
Can I, for example, swap executables from CS6 into Elements?
