Did you find a warning in the box to clean the sensor every 500 frames (until you reach say 6000 frames , if it's enough...)? You didn't ? Me neither. So send it in. If they don't solve the issue, send it home. Back to where it came from, and ask your money back.

Of course there are plenty of users willing to consider this is normal. But you do not have to do that.
